Installation Instructions

1 Download the Full Client above
2 Extract the ZIP file to your preferred location
3 Run Ragyra.exe as Administrator
4 The patcher will automatically update to the latest version
5 Log in with your account credentials and play!

Troubleshooting

Missing DirectX Runtime

If you get a DirectX-related error on launch, install the DirectX End-User Runtime from Microsoft.

Missing Visual C++ Runtime

If the game fails to start with a DLL error, install the Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) from Microsoft.

Antivirus Blocking the Game

Some antivirus software may flag the game client as a false positive. Add your game installation folder to your antivirus exclusion list. In Windows Defender: Settings → Virus & threat protection → Exclusions → Add folder.

Firewall Blocking Connection

As a last resort, if you cannot connect to the server, add Ragyra.exe to your Windows Firewall exception list. Open Windows Defender Firewall → Allow an app → Add and browse to Ragyra.exe in your game folder.
