Troubleshooting
Missing DirectX Runtime
If you get a DirectX-related error on launch, install the DirectX End-User Runtime from Microsoft.
DownloadMissing Visual C++ Runtime
If the launcher or game fails to start with a DLL error, install the Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) from Microsoft.
Download Windows SmartScreen Warning
Windows may warn that the launcher is an unrecognized app because it is new. Click More info, then Run anyway to continue.
Antivirus Blocking the Launcher
Some antivirus software may flag Ragyra Launcher.exe as a false positive. Add it to your antivirus exclusion list. In Windows Defender: Settings → Virus & threat protection → Exclusions → Add an exclusion → File, then select Ragyra Launcher.exe.
Firewall Blocking the Download
If the launcher cannot reach the server, add Ragyra Launcher.exe to your Windows Firewall exception list. Open Windows Defender Firewall → Allow an app → Add and browse to Ragyra Launcher.exe.
