Rules — Ragyra

These guidelines outline the standards all players must follow to maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment.
This list is not exhaustive. Staff may assess each situation on a case-by-case basis, and disruptive behavior may result in appropriate action.
All players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid excuse.
Ragyra retains full ownership of all accounts and characters created within the game, as well as all rights to those accounts.

Treat all players and staff with respect at all times.
Any form of harassment is strictly forbidden.
Spamming or flooding chat is not allowed.
Use of offensive, racist, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate language is not permitted. This includes usernames and nicknames.
Sharing links to explicit websites or posting graphic content (nudity, violence, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
Promoting other games, linking to external servers, advertising, or encouraging players to leave Ragyra is not allowed.
Use in-game or Discord features (mute, block, ignore) responsibly to manage personal interactions.
Issues or rule violations should be reported via the ticket support system.
Trading Ragyra items, currency, or accounts for real-world money or for items/currency from other games is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
Donate Points are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any chargeback attempts will lead to a permanent ban.

Follow staff instructions when they are enforcing rules or moderating the community.
Harassment, disrespect, or refusal to cooperate with staff will result in penalties.
Impersonating any staff member is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.
Begging staff for items, currency, or special treatment is not allowed.

Using any form of third-party software will lead to a permanent ban.
Taking advantage of bugs to gain unfair benefits will result in a permanent ban.
Automated gameplay (e.g., AFK farming) is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

All support requests must go through the ticket system.
Fake reports, false accusations, or fabricated evidence (screenshots, messages, etc.) will result in penalties.
While account sharing is permitted, if your account gets compromised, items are lost, or if it is banned for any reason, we will not reverse the situation, and no support will be provided in such cases.

By creating an account and participating in Ragyra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
