Server Rules

• These guidelines detail the standards every player must follow to maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for all.
• Please be aware that this list is not exhaustive, and each situation may be judged on a case-by-case basis by the staff. Players who disrupt the community will be subject to appropriate actions.
• All players are required to read and understand the rules; not being aware of them is not a valid excuse.
• Ragyra retains full ownership of all accounts and characters created within the game and reserves all rights to the accounts.

• Treat fellow players and staff with respect at all times.
• Any form of harassment is strictly forbidden.
• Spamming in any chat (in-game or on Discord) is not allowed.
• Use of offensive, racist, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate language is not permitted. This includes both chat and usernames.
• Manage offensive language by utilizing ignore lists and chat filters.
• Offenders should be reported through the ticket support system.
• Sharing links to explicit sites or posting graphic content (e.g., nudity, violence) on any Ragyra platform is strictly forbidden.
• Promoting other games, linking to external servers, encouraging players to leave us, or advertising other servers is not allowed.
• Report any bugs to our staff to earn donation points based on the severity and impact of the bug.

• Noncompliance with staff directives while they are enforcing rules will lead to penalties.
• Attempting to deceive staff using fake screenshots or false information to obtain items, currency, or donation points will result in a permanent ban.
• Begging staff for items, currency, or special events is prohibited.
• Impersonating any staff member is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

• Using any form of third-party software will lead to a permanent ban.
• Taking advantage of bugs to gain unfair benefits will result in a permanent ban.
• Automated gameplay (e.g., AFK farming) is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

• Trading Ragyra items, currency, or accounts for real-world money or for items/currency from other games is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

• While account sharing is permitted, if your account gets compromised, items are lost, or if it is banned for any reason, we will not reverse the situation, and no support will be provided in such cases.

• All contributions go directly toward supporting and maintaining us. As a token of appreciation, players receive Donate Points (a form of virtual currency) to redeem for items and in-game features.
• Donation points are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any chargeback attempts will lead to a permanent ban.
