Patch Note [Beta 5]
Weapon Fusion
- NewNew Weapon Fusion: fuse a second two-handed weapon of the same kind into your main one. Your weapon then also carries the fused weapon's cards and awake lines. Use the "Weapon Fusion" menu of the jewel NPCs, such as [Jewel Manager] Peach and [Jewel Manager] Raia.
- ChangedTwo-handed weapons no longer double their card and awake bonuses: fusing a second weapon now takes the place of that bonus.
- New"Restore a Fusion" at the same NPCs gives the fused weapon back as it was, for 15,000,000 penya.
- ChangedThe weapon you fuse in needs a card or an awake line, and neither weapon can be equipped, locked, time-limited or already fused.
- ChangedA fused weapon keeps its fusion through trade, mail and shops, but it cannot be sold to an NPC, dropped, trashed, recycled or upgraded. Adding cards and awaking it still work.
- NewOn a job change, a fused two-hander keeps its fusion; going from dual-wield or weapon + shield to a two-handed job fuses your off-hand or shield into the new weapon for free (an off-hand weapon keeps only its cards and awake), and going to a one-handed job gives the fused weapon back. The job change window shows it all before you confirm.
PvP
- NewPvP Dash for Knights and Blades: a quick dash forward in PvP zones (arena, Guild Siege combat, Royal Rumble and team PvP events). You have 3 charges, each refilling in 6 seconds, and you can also dash once mid-jump.
- NewDash by releasing ALT on its own (ALT+number and ALT+click work as before), or bind any key in the key settings ("Dash" row). A charge bar above the taskbar shows your charges and can be dragged anywhere.
- ChangedRoyal Rumble is now fought on the Guild Siege map.
- NewPvP preset events now remember your taskbar for each job: the bar you set up comes back the next time you play that job.
Gear Score
- NewNew Gear Score Calculator in the main menu: build a simulated character (class, level, sex), equip any item with its upgrade, rarity, piercing, cards and ultimate jewels, and compare its Gear Score with your own gear. Copy your gear in one click and save builds in presets.
- ChangedYour summoned pet now counts in your Gear Score, by its level:
Pet level Gear Score Egg 0 D 5 C 10 B 35 A 80 S 150 - NewWhen you reach level 120 and level 130, a Progression Warning shows your Gear Score against the recommended one, the dungeons you lose access to and the upcoming ones you can or cannot do yet. From there you can stop EXP or open the calculator with your gear.
Skills & Combat
- ChangedSkill damage has been retuned for several Mercenary, Knight and Acrobat skills:
Skill Job Change Slash Mercenary Weaker Keenwheel Mercenary Weaker Blindside Mercenary Stronger Special Hit Mercenary Stronger Guillotine Mercenary Stronger Hit Reflect Mercenary Stronger Bloody Strike Mercenary Stronger Charge Knight Stronger Pain Dealer Knight Adjusted Sky Splitter Knight Stronger Shield Bash Knight Stronger Rapid Shot Acrobat Weaker Aimed Shot Acrobat Stronger Silent Shot Acrobat Stronger Arrow Rain Acrobat Stronger Auto Shot Acrobat Weaker - ChangedSneaker now also slows its target by 30%.
- ChangedShades Calamity now reduces skill cast time by 30% (was 25%).
- FixedHit Reflect now really adds the melee damage you took during its wind-up to its hit; before, it reflected nothing.
- FixedEarth Divider and the other line skills now hit enemies standing higher than you, for example on a slope.
Wardrobe & Glows
- NewThe Wardrobe shop now sells weapon glows, armor auras, armor effects and pet glows for 700 to 1,000 Wardcoins, with a different third of them on sale each week.
- NewNew looks: 19 armor auras, 12 weapon auras and the Cryptic Hound and Serus Uriel pet glows.
- ChangedThe armor set glow now matches your real set upgrade (from +3 to +10) instead of always showing +10; with a custom glow or an armor aura active, it shows at +10.
- FixedA Wardrobe weapon glow now replaces the weapon's upgrade glow instead of being drawn on top of it.
- FixedWeapon glows no longer vanish and armor auras no longer restart in a loop.
Dungeons & Monsters
- ChangedRegular monsters in dungeons now follow the chosen difficulty's HP, like the bosses already did.
- NewDungeon Meteonykers now show their fire breath when they attack (visual only).
- ChangedIn the level 120 and 130 channels of Four Element, Ursfang, Thornhide, Venomspike and Tempesthar drop less penya.
- FixedBaphomet and other bosses can now be clicked at all times, not only on some animation frames.
Visual Effects
- ChangedAll visual effects (skills, glows, damage numbers, weather) now run on one effects engine: they load faster, with fewer hitches in busy fights.
- FixedFlame Geyser now follows your facing and plays once, projectile trails no longer restart mid-flight, a thrown yoyo no longer also shows in your hand, and indoor lamps no longer glow solid white.
- ChangedTeleporting and changing map is about one second faster: the game no longer pauses after loading.
- ChangedSeveral effect textures are much lighter, so effects load faster.
- FixedAround 90 effects, some weapon effects among them, were drawn without their texture; they now show correctly.
Time & Clocks
- FixedCountdowns now run on server time, so they stay right even when your PC clock is wrong or jumps: shop search daily teleports, vendors, farm, Rift, tower, PvP and siege icons, the season window and the Wandering Merchant.
- ChangedThe dungeon schedule tooltip, the Guild Camp weekly reset, card collection event dates and "last seen" dates are now shown in your own time zone instead of UTC.
Quests
- FixedDaily adventure quests (and weekly ones on Monday) now reset at 00:00 UTC even if you stay online. No more relog needed to get the new list.
- FixedCompleted Season Pass quests are now replaced after their cooldown without relogging, and when a new season starts, players already online get their Season Pass quests right away.
- FixedThe quest "resets in" timer no longer shows the reset as done when your PC clock is ahead of the server.
Rewards & Progression
- FixedStaying online through 00:00 UTC now counts as that day's login: you get the new day's VIP daily points without relogging, and your login streak no longer resets when you stayed online (AFK, offline vendor) instead of logging in again.
- FixedActivity Points daily limits now stay with your character: switching channel, relogging or a server restart no longer resets them.
- ChangedUsing a power-up that would go past the stacking limit now tells you the limit in hours, and which VIP level raises it, instead of a generic refusal.
- NewThe VIP window now lists the Power Up Stacking and Gold Shout perks.
- FixedAfter stacking a power-up at a high VIP level, the buff timer no longer shows more time than you really have (the buff seemed to vanish early).
- FixedAchievement reward mails now show the tier's goal in their title instead of the tier number.
- FixedWith a card set focused, opening a card chest now gives cards of that set, not of another collection.
Offline Vendor & Billionaire
- NewBillionaire sellers now see market prices (lowest, median and highest listed price) when adding an item to their shop.
- NewA new Market tab in the vendor window shows the last 50 sales made across the server, for Billionaire sellers.
- NewThe 7-day and 15-day Billionaire scrolls now also give Vendor Model Boxes (1 and 2), and the scroll tooltip now lists every perk.
- ChangedBillionaire now adds 4 Shop Search teleports on top of your VIP ones, instead of replacing them.
- ChangedA free shop now stays open 20 hours after your last logout, not 20 hours after it opened; a Billionaire shop no longer closes while Billionaire is active.
- ChangedLocked vendor models sold in the shop now show their shop price icons and open the shop on that item when clicked.
- ChangedShop Search is now much faster.
- FixedEvery refused vendor action now tells you why, and several wrong messages were corrected (a bought item said "returned", mailed penya said "item").
- FixedVisitors of a paused shop now see it is paused right away, and a Shop Search teleport to a paused shop no longer uses a daily teleport.
- FixedBillionaire shops can no longer be opened from far away (they then closed seconds later).
- FixedThe vendor window is fully translated and no longer overflows in French and German.
Mounts
- ChangedWhile mounted (flying mounts included) you can now use NPC shops, exchanges, upgrades and guild actions without getting off.
- ChangedEntering a dungeon, arena, Prop Hunt or the Secret Room now dismounts you automatically instead of refusing.
- ChangedShop hoverbikes and wings now cost 10 times more:
Mount Before Now Hera Hoverbike 1,000,000 10,000,000 Hera Hoverbike (Black) 1,000,000 10,000,000 Syila Hoverbike 1,000,000 10,000,000 Elegant White Wings 1,000,000 10,000,000 Elegant Black Wings 1,000,000 10,000,000
Items
- ChangedWhen something costs items (shops, crafting, exchanges, upgrades, scrolls...), your bound items are used first, keeping your tradable ones.
- ChangedJewelry upgraded to +16 is now bound to your character; a confirmation asks before that upgrade. Jewelry already above +16 binds on its next upgrade.
- ChangedThe Pep necklaces now give much more Max HP:
Necklace Before Now Pep+1 100 300 Pep+2 200 600 Pep+3 350 900 - ChangedCombining elemental cards into higher ones now costs ten times less penya.
- Changed[Pet Tamer] Hugues now sells Bead of the Sage (+5% Decreased Casting Time) and Precious Bead of the Sage (+10%), and no longer sells Bone Golem, Ghost Pet (Event) and Lil' Potato.
- ChangedOn the Wheel of Fortune, a Collection Dust Scroll (50) replaces the 3 Gold Pill.
- NewSHIFT + double-click a box with fixed content (such as a full fashion set) to preview everything inside on your character; a box holding one pet or mount previews it.
- NewRight-click an inventory item to place it in the open Create Jewels or Create Shining Oricalkum window.
- ChangedTimed items (tickets, timed mounts, pets, Pet-Vis beads...) now count down while you are offline too, and an item with time left can no longer be sold to an NPC.
- ChangedSurge Damage replaces Skill Damage: Water Card (B), Water Card (A), Water Card (S), Mystic Arcane Cloak and Mystic Arcane Mask now give Surge Damage, the Soul of the Adept Set keeps only its Surge Damage bonus, and Skill Damage is no longer a pet awake option.
- New[PvP Manager] Pantheon now sells the Stone of Stamina for 3 PvP Currency, next to the other stat stones.
Pets
- NewCrafted pet runes (Gem of Fury, Gem of Precision, Gem of Arcana, Gem of Fortitude, Gem of Prosperity) now last 7 days. The pet tooltip shows the time left, and you get a message when the rune ends. Runes already on your pets stay permanent.
- ChangedA pet carrying a timed rune cannot be traded, mailed, sold, dropped or put in the guild bank: remove the rune first. Your own bank still works.
- FixedA rune on any summoned pet now opens the pet's Buff menu, not only on vis pets.
- FixedRemoving a rune from a summoned awake pet no longer lowers your stats until you relog.
- ChangedIn the pet tooltip, the rune icon now sits left of its stat lines.
Rankings
- FixedFixed several issues with the ranking system.
Interface
- FixedAlmost 1,000 game texts that still appeared in English for French and German players (messages, windows, tooltips, achievements, titles, teleports) are now translated.
- ChangedThe interface themes are now named Light, Dark and Custom.
- NewAt level 150, the status window title shows your Faery Rank (FL) instead of your level.
- FixedA taskbar action slot no longer shows its skill icon twice (Light and Dark themes).
- FixedThe Pain Dealer and Power Stomp descriptions now say they need a two-handed sword.
- NewQuickSell has a Job filter in its Advanced tab: pick one or more jobs to sell only their items.
- NewThe search box of the inventory, banks, guild bank and shops also finds items by job name or required level (type a number).
- FixedWith the Upgrade window open, windows opened after it (such as the map) no longer freeze or show without their background.
Guild
- FixedContributing penya and gems together in the guild merit window now takes both, and a contribution made while another member's is in progress is now queued instead of refused with "Too many requests".
- ChangedEvery member, whatever their rank, can now use the Contribution button in the guild window's Activity tab.
Forge Repairs
- FixedPlayers stuck frozen in a flying pose with no ride after logging in are freed on their next login.
- FixedSwapping rides in mid-air no longer leaves you flying with no ride, and trying to mount in a PvP zone now tells you why it is refused.
- FixedThe mail window no longer shows a fake 15-day expiry: mail is kept until you claim it.
- FixedFixed a client crash around the Create Jewels window.
- FixedFood, potions and refreshers (such as Star Candy) now need their required level, as their tooltip says.
- FixedSending mail can now use your perins when your penya alone is not enough.
- FixedParties whose leader is offline can now be joined from the Party Finder; before, the click did nothing.
